Online support is a convenient reflective method of communication, allowing the contact to form a self reflective conversation based on strengthening communication,  self awareness and ownership of recovery,  using social media, direct messaging, email, and moderated peer focused discussion on our closed Facebook page.

Wellbeing and Holistic Therapy Workshops

Collaborating with the North Staffordshire Wellbeing College, enables the facilitation to offer free educational workshops throughout the city of Stoke on Trent, incorporating factual evidence and lived experiences.

We value the importance of inviting external guests and  organisations to share their knowledge to deliver specialised workshops tailored to suit the needs of our mums in group.

Play Dates and Social Events

These scheduled events provide the opportunity to build your social circle outside of the group, helping self-esteem and building confidence.

Bond & Attachment Play Sessions

Playtime can be exhausting especially on tough days with the heaviness of poor maternal mental health.

Monthly  sensory storytelling play therapy sessions are delivered incorporating stimulating play with music, sign language, toys, materials, stories, smells and of course lots of bubbles.

As an extension of our attachment building support we offer a  Storytime library, books provided by The National Literacy Trust.

Art Therapy Workshops

Something very special happens when women come together, and that what happens during our creative workshops.

Art therapy and creative writing workshops allows unconditional space for reflective interpretation of emotions, feeling and thoughts.

These workshops are an extension of our healing pathway.

Drop in Sessions

As a charity, we are passionate about raising awareness from our grassroots level, and regularly deliver drop- in sessions within GP Surgeries and health centres around Staffordshire.
